Let's start our culture talk one: introduction--At some points, US is a salad, not a smoothies

I have several friends who are the offsprings of Europeans. I found that they keep some habits from their ancestors.

British/Irish: They enjoy drinking. They are hardworking as their Puritan ancestors.
German: They are extremely and unbelievable organized and ambitious.
Italian: They are romantic and enjoy life.
French: Proud and conservative. But they all look cute.
South American: Friendly, outgoing and talkative. They have very beautiful and expressive eyes.


Hmmm....I wonder what's the cultural habits of Chinese people?
